If your order is damaged upon receipt, please email us at goodsirteaco@gmail.com. If the damage is found to be the fault of our packaging or the chosen shipping service, we will replace it at no cost to the customer.
If you feel that your package has been lost, please email us with your concern at goodsirteaco@gmail.com. We will review the lost package with the appropriate shipping service. If the package is deemed to be truly lost, we will replace it at no cost to the customer.
Delays in shipping may occur. Good Sir Tea Company is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances with shipping services. Please refer to “What’s your turnaround time for orders/bulk orders?” in this FAQ.
